  From St Petersburg

1. From I275 heading into downtown Tampa, take exit 44 to Downtown (east), stay in the left lane

2. The first light is Tampa St.  Take the very first left after the light onto Franklin Street

3. Go under I275, go 2.5 blocks we are on your right at #1609

 

 From Brandon 

1. From I275 heading into downtown Tampa, take exit 45a, stay in the right lane

2. At the end of the ramp turn right onto Doyle Carlton Drive

3. Take the first right onto Henderson Avenue

4. Go two blocks turn right onto Franklin St, go 1/2 a block we are on your left at #1609
